You can use Pierre Vergnes' copper cake tins to produce some authentic French cakes;the superior heat conductivity of copper will ensure good results. They also make great jelly moulds. These decorative tins could almost pass for antiques when hung on the kitchen wall. Choose from a brioche tin, the classic Kugelhof tin from the Alsace, and a flat tin with a star-shaped design.
