SQUARE COCOTTES
These chunky oven dishes are hand-made in the Tarn region by the Catuffe brothers who also make our tagines and a range of ceramic lamps. Food cooked in these versatile earthenware dishesretains flavour and moisture exceptionally well. As there is no flavour cross-over, they are suitable for both sweet and savoury foods. Use straight from the oven or microwave to the table and wash in the dishwasher afterwards. This cookware can be used on a hob with a heat diffuser, but is not suitable for induction hobs.
