SAUCEPANS WITH LIDS

These classic copper pans are hand-made by the Pierre Vergnes family firm in the Languedoc region. The pans and lids are entirely hand-crafted. Our pans are not spun, but individually shaped over wooden moulds and hand-beaten. Their 2mm thick gauge makes them the traditional chef's favourite, and much sought after by home cooks. They are tin lined by hand, and are fitted with cast iron handles that stay cool during use. Not dish-washer proof.
