CAKE TINS
These charming copper cake tins can turn out cakes like grand-mère used to make, or double as jelly moulds. The classic Alsace Kougloff tin is a round tin with a hole through the middle and is used for a yeasted cake with fruit, but is equally good for a simple marble cake. The brioche tins, with no hole in the middle are similarly versatile, and the large, shallow tin makes great cakes such as polenta and orange, revealing the pretty star-shaped motif when turned out. We have added a larger savarin-style tin and an oval one with a fruit design.
