PAELLA DISHES

Cook and serve one of the most colourful of dishes in these hand-made copper paella pans. Although paella is of course essentially Spanish, the French have taken to it, and it is now widely available from market stalls in the South of France. This brilliant party piece also looks wonderful decorating the kitchen when not in use. Not dish-washer proof.
